Technical Trainee Program
BMW China and BMW Brilliance are looking for high potential Y2010 fresh gradua
tes as technical trainee and we will offer you formal employee contract and a
15-month development program.
Within 15 months this program will prepare you for your career with BMW. Syste
matic soft and technical skill trainings will help you complete your professio
nal education and deeply understand BMW culture & value, technical features an
d skills & tools. You will get the opportunities to work in various parts of t
he company as well as our dealership and suppliers. In addition, you will have
your own personal coach and mentor, experienced senior staff ready and willin
g to assist in any way. Great perspectives are part of BMW's standard equipmen
t, so the conditions for your career outlook are ideal.
At the end, qualified trainees will be assigned to one of the following depart
ment:
• Aftersales Technical Support/Field Force (Located in Beijing /Shangha
i /Guangzhou /Chengdu /Hangzhou /dealership)
• Engineering Office (Located in Beijing Engineering Center)
• Training Academy (Located in Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou)
• International Purchasing Organization (Located in Beijing)
Please select one or two departments you are interested when raising your CV.
Your initial choices will be considered for your assignment.
The future responsibilities are supporting dealers or internal technical teams
for service processes, usage of new service repairs/solutions, customer handl
ing, vehicle diagnosis, repair, training program and information collecting an
d reporting, etc.

Qualification:
At least bachelor degree in automotive/mechanical/electrical/electronic engine
ering
Excellent academic results plus outstanding achievements on non-academic
Excellent learning ability
Excellent communication skills
Highly flexible and a good team player
Customer orientation
Fluent spoken and written English; German is an advantage
Good knowledge of PC software
