Job description
The candidate is responsible for supporting Shanghai volunteer activities. Wit
h the right candidate, there is the opportunity for him/her to manage external
volunteer programs under guidance. Typical duties may include the following:
schedules and coordinates logistics for community programs, meetings and event
s; tracks volunteer data and spending; serves as an information resource/commu
nication channel for policies and procedures, data analysis, website update, a
nd preparing reports/recommendations.
Qualifications
- High energy, creative, a self-starter with a positive personality
- Outstanding communications skills, in particular writing skills in Chinese
- Good English communication, MS Office, IT skills in Webpage and Photoshop
- Good stakeholder management skills with team spirit
- Good time management skills, paying attention to details
- Strong commitment in completing one-year internship. Can work at least 4 ful
l working days a week.
