Job Title: Process Engineer
Location: Dalian
Job description:
In this position, you will be reporting to Process Engineering Manager and wor
king closely with process engineering, yield/integration, and manufacturing t
eams to start up and ramp the 1st Intel 300 mm Fab in Asia and will be located
in Dalian. Applying to this posting will allow you to be considered for all p
rocess engineer positions available at this time. Your responsibilities will i
nclude but not be limited to:
 Transferring process technology into F68, the 1st Intel 300 mm Fab in
Asia.
 Leading and owning process and equipment qualification, tool preventa
tive maintenance, management of troubleshooting activities, regular monitoring
of tool/process performance, defect analysis/reduction, and cost reduction to
achieve both operation and equipment excellence under LEAN principle.
 Working with existing Intel 300mm fabs around the world to improve to
ol and process performance, reduce cost, and increase flexibility in process t
ransfer.
 Working with and leading manufacturing equipment teams to develop inv
entive solutions to improve execution and efficiency in a high-volume manufact
uring environment.
Qualifications:
 BS/MS/Ph.D degree, in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, and Chemistry or in the rel
ated fields
 Be able to provide some problem solving cases by applying logical thi
nking and problem solving techniques.
 Be able to consistently perform on a 12-hour shift schedule - Compres
sed Work Week (CWW) schedule.
 Demonstrated the capability of working in and leading a high performi
ng team culture which includes: setting high expectations, driving accountabil
ity to those expectations, role modeling the desired culture, possess excellen
t teamwork, demonstrated problem solving and prioritization skills, and drivin
g high performance maintenance goals for the group.
 Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.
 Fluency in Mandarin and good command of English
